Danielle Spataro

Danielle joined our firm in Spring 2007 after her graduation from New York University, magna cum laude. Her college experience included an internship investigating claims of New York State and Federal human rights violations and preparing reports for the Human Rights Commission. She is a tireless advocate, often locating important medical support for our clients’ claims, and dissecting the underlying reports offered by the insurance companies to support claim decisions. When she is not at our offices, Danielle is active with the volunteer youth program at her local church.

Kathleen Lewis

Kathleen recently joined Frankel & Newfield, and has been a welcome addition to the firm. She came to the firm after working with a company that provided software tools and training for CPAs. For more than six years, Kathleen served as a paralegal and a court reporter in the US Army, where she was a member of the 18th Airborne Corps. Her research and writing skills are an important contribution to the Frankel & Newfield team. Kathleen is completing her Bachelor’s Degree in communications at SUNY Farmingdale.
